Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of RPH combined with high suspension low resection surgery for the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids. Method:120 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group A (n=40), control group B (n=40), and observation group (n=40) using a digital table method. Result: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group A, while in the control group B (P<0.05).The observation group had shorter duration of wound bleeding, wound healing time, postoperative wound pain duration, and hospital stay than the control group A, while the control group B had shorter duration of intraoperative bleeding. The blood volume was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group A, while in the control group B (P<0.05). Conclusion: In symptoms, accelerate wound healing, reduce the incidence of complications, and protect anal function.
