Objective:To explore the effects of butylphthalide injection on inflammatory response and endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator (rt PA) intravenous thrombolysis.Method:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to hospital were randomly divided into a control group treated with rt PA intravenous thrombolysis and an observation group treated with butylphthalide injection. The neurological function, inflammatory response, vascular endothelial function, and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in NIHSS and NSE, with the observation group being lower than the control group (P<0.05); Both groups of hs CRP and sICAM-1 showed a decrease, with the observation group being lower than the control group (P<0.05); Both groups showed a decrease in ET-1 and MDA, with the observation group being lower than the control group (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The treatment with butylphthalide injection is helpful for the recovery of neurological function, reduction of inflammatory reactions, enhancement of endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing rt PA intravenous thrombolysis, and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions. It has high safety.
