Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of red-blue light combined with 0.025% tretinoin cream in the treatment of children acne. Method: Forty children with acne treated in hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment plans, with 20 children in each group. The control group was treated with 0.025% tretinoin cream, and the observation group was irradiated with red-blue light on this basis. The effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 85% in the observation group and 60% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.027). Adverse reactions occurred in 2 cases in the observation group and 4 cases in the control group, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups (P=0.658). Conclusion: Red-blue light therapy combined with tretinoin cream in the treatment of children acne is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
