Objective:To explore the related factors of adhesive ileus (AIO) in patients with acute appendicitis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with acute appendicitis treated in Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether AIO was complicated after surgery, the patients were divided into AIO group and AIO group without AIO group. Clinical data such as gender, age, course of disease, body mass index and pathological type of patients were collected. The correlation factors of AIO in patients with acute appendicitis after laparoscopic surgery were analyzed by univariate and multifactorial analysis. Results:Univariate analysis showed that gender, age, body mass index, white blood cell count and indindent peritoneal drainage tube were not related to postoperative AIO in patients with acute appendicitis, and there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). The course of disease, pathological type and residual abdominal infection were correlated with postoperative AIO in patients with acute appendicitis, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the duration of disease (>24 h), pathological type (gangrene with perforation) and abdominal residual infection (present) were all high risk factors for postoperative AIO in patients with acute appendicitis (P<0.05). Conclusion:The risk of AIO in patients with acute appendicitis after laparoscopic surgery is higher, which is related to the long course of the disease, gangrene with perforation, and residual infection in the abdominal cavity. Effective intervention measures should be taken for these factors.
