Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of butyphthalide and statin lipid-lowering drugs in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:70 patients randomly divided into observation group (35 cases, using butylphthalide combined with statin lipid-lowering drugs and basic treatment) and control group (35 cases, using conventional therapy combined with statin lipid-lowering drugs), comparing the total efficiency, inflammatory response condition and improvement of neurological function scores, and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total response rate of cerebral infarction patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the improvement of inflammatory response and neurological score were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in cerebral infarction patients in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Good efficacy and high safety in acute cerebral infarction.
