Analysis of the application effect of checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of ankle fracture patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of ankle fracture patients. Method:156 patients with ankle fractures who underwent surgery in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The treatment group (n=80) received checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, while the control group (n=76) received general nursing based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery. Compare the postoperative hospitalization days and total hospitalization days, functional rehabilitation training effects, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Result: The total hospitalization days in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); At discharge, 1 month and 3 months after surgery, the ankle joint function score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05); The patient satisfaction of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Checklist nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can significantly improve the efficiency of ERAS, promote the functional recovery of ankle fracture patients, and improve nursing quality and satisfaction.
