Objective:To analyze the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with heart valve replacement. Methods:A total of 78 patients underwent heart valve replacement surgery in hospital were selected as research objects. The subjects were randomly divided into control group (39 cases) and study group (39 cases). Among them, the control group adopted routine nursing, the study group adopted systematic rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared by evaluating the duration of postoperative ECG monitoring, postoperative hospital stay and cardiac function. Results:Compared with the control group, the duration of ECG monitoring in the study group was significantly shorter, the number of days in hospital was significantly shorter, and the improvement of cardiac function was significantly better, and the differences among all indicators were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Through the application of systematic rehabilitation nursing interventions, we observed a reduction in both the duration of ECG monitoring and the length of hospital stay for patients undergoing heart valve replacement. Furthermore, these interventions led to improvements in the patients' cardiac function and enhanced their postoperative quality of life.
