Objective:To explore the effect analysis of nursing based on green channel in emergency patients with myocardial infarction. Methods:Ninety-four patients with acute myocardial infarction in a hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nursing based on green channel. First aid efficiency and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group experienced a shorter waiting time compared to the control group (P<0.001). The total incidence of heart failure in the observation group was 2.13%, significantly lower than the 12.77% observed in the control group, although this difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The observation group showed lower levels of LVSD, IVST, LVDD, and respiratory rate compared to the control group, while LVEF and heart rate were higher (P<0.001). Furthermore, the observation group scored higher on all eight QOL 8 metrics as well as on the five special nursing scores compared to the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Nursing based on green channel can improve the treatment efficiency of emergency patients with myocardial infarction, and it is worth popularizing.
