Objective:To explore the application effect of camellia oil in the clinical treatment and intervention of elderly constipation and hemorrhoids. Method: 82 elderly patients with constipation and hemorrhoids admitted to the hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine constipation care, while the observation group received camellia oil on this basis. The clinical efficacy, quality of life scores before and after intervention, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); After intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of elderly patients with constipation and hemorrhoids, the application of camellia oil can achieve significant therapeutic effects. It can not only improve the quality of life of patients, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
