Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the emotional state of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods:A total of 150 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (75 cases) and the control group (75 cases). The observation group was given routine nursing, while the control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the changes in emotional states of the two groups were compared.Results:before intervention, it was found that the SDS score and SAS score of the control group and the observation group before nursing were processed by statistical software, and the results showed (P>0.05). After different nursing intervention modes, the SDS scores and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and (P<0.05). The number of praise for nursing work in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention has a positive effect on improving the emotional state of patients with digestive tract bleeding, which is highly valued for nursing work and worth popularizing.
