Objective:To explore the effect of three-step teaching method on the key points of nosocomial infection knowledge training of nursing students. Methods: 50 nursing students who practiced in hospitals from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly assigned to study group with double-blind method and three-step teaching method according to their basic information such as school learning. The control group of 25 subjects was trained by conventional teaching method. The students' academic performance, teaching evaluation scale, professional ability scale, basic knowledge mastery scale and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed to evaluate the effect. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of learning achievement, teaching evaluation scale, basic knowledge mastery scale and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the study group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: The three-step teaching method for nosocomial infection knowledge training of nursing students can significantly improve the teaching quality and enhance the learning effect of nursing students, so as to achieve the teaching goal.
