Objective:To evaluate the application effect of Fire Dragon moxibustion in primary dysmenorrhea (PD) patients through meta-analysis. Method: Search PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), VIP database for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with fire dragon moxibustion.Perform meta-analysis on the extracted data using Stata16 software. Result:Ten articles were ultimately included, Compared with the control group, the use of Huolong moxibustion treatment can improve clinical efficacy, alleviate patient pain, and improve menstrual symptoms, with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Fire Dragon Moxibustion can safely and effcctively improve the clinical efficacy of primary dysmenorrhea, improve the degree of abdominal pain and symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients, and there are no adverse reactions. It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice. However,the sample size is relatively small. In the future, large-scale, multicenter, and high-quality RCTs are needed to further determine the efficacy of fire Dragon Moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
