Objective:To investigate the effect of targeted nursing intervention on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopause.Methods:A total of 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause who were admitted to hospital were randomly divided into control group by double-blind method, and mifepristone treatment was guided. Study group, health education, observation of disease changes, infection prevention, diet and discharge guidance.Results:After intervention, the implementation degree of predictive protective measures for various life indicators and prognosis protection in hospital of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the statistical difference was significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the completion degree of nursing work and the execution ability of related personnel in nursing supervision in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the statistical difference was significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the control effect of the total statistical amount of uterine bleeding and the improvement degree of uterine bleeding symptoms in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the statistical difference was significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the autonomic control of emotional change and the implementation of assigned nursing tasks in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the statistical difference was significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the recognition degree and comprehensive quality evaluation of the nursing mode in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the statistical difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention scientifically analyzed the nursing problems, effectively regulated the amount of uterine bleeding and shortened the bleeding time, comprehensively optimized the nursing process, the patients' emotional stability was higher, and the prognosis was guaranteed.
