Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment with modified Guishen Pill and ear acupoint pressure on patients with oligomenorrhea.Method: Eighty patients with oligomenorrhea admitted to hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received a combination of modified Guishen Wan and ear acupoint pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment in the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the observation group had significantly better levels of sex hormones such as estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) than the control group (P<0.05); The total symptom score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with oligomenorrhea, the combination of modified Guishen Pills and ear acupoint pressure therapy can correct hormonal imbalances, increase menstrual flow, improve menstrual discomfort symptoms, and enhance treatment effectiveness. It is worth promoting.
