Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based fun nursing in the treatment of decidular tooth caries in children with precoronation prosthesis, and to provide guidance for the nursing of such children. Methods:Eighty children with decidular tooth caries received precoronation restoration were divided into experimental group (evidence-based fun nursing) and reference group (routine nursing) by odd-even method, 40 cases in each group, and the nursing effect, emotional state, pain and family satisfaction were compared between groups.Results:There was no significant difference in nursing effect between experimental group and reference group (P>0.05). The scores of GAD-7, PHQ-9 and pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, and the scores of family satisfaction were higher than those in the reference group, with significant differences among groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of evidence-based fun nursing in the treatment of decidular dental caries in children is significant, which can effectively improve the emotional state and pain of children, and can also improve the satisfaction of family members.
