Objective:Discussion on the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery mothers.Methods:180 maternal information in the obstetric department is selected, and the information of which all accept vaginal delivery, and the information is matched by groups combined with the principle of double-blind method. The study group received comprehensive nursing care, the control group received routine nursing care. The comparison items were mainly quality of life, nursing evaluation, postpartum bleeding, adverse symptoms and nursing satisfaction.Results:The scores of physical role, vitality, mental health, social function, physical pain and emotional role in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The scores of physical signs recovery, labor control, respiratory guidance, risk prevention, emotional guidance and hemostasis in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The blood loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 2 h and 24 h after delivery. The incidence of vaginal infection, dizziness, fatigue and hemorrhagic shock in the study group was lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can restore and improve the physical signs of the women in vaginal delivery, scientifically control the amount of postpartum bleeding, improve the emotional stability of each stage, and optimize the quality of obstetric care, which is suitable for the prevention and care of postpartum bleeding.
