Objective:To explore the effect of sensory integration training combined with situational simulation games intervention on children with delayed language development. Method: Eighty children with delayed language development admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each with 40 cases. The control group received simple language training, while the observation group received sensory integration training and scenario simulation game intervention. Compare the language proficiency level and sensory integration ability between two groups. After the intervention, the scores of the Language and Behavior Assessment Scale (BAS) and sensory integration ability in both groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of sensory integration training combined with situational simulation game intervention in children with delayed language development can improve their sensory integration ability and language proficiency.
