In the context of healthcare service payment reform,analyzing the influencing factors of medical equipment procurement time can provide reference significance for medical institutions to explore how to improve cost-effectiveness management under DRGs medical insurance payment.The article is based on the relevant data of medical equipment procurement by A Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2022,using an ordered logistic model to determine the factors affecting procurement time,and then analyzing the hierarchical relationship between each factor through the ISM model.The research results indicate that five factors,including institutional construction,professional quality,level of informatization,project budget,and approval speed,significantly affect the procurement time of medical equipment.The project budget and approval speed are the direct factors affecting procurement time,while institutional construction,professional quality,and level of informatization are the root factors affecting procurement time.Based on this research,suggestions are proposed to strengthen institutional construction,improve personnel quality,and leverage the advantages of information technology to shorten the procurement time of medical equipment in public hospitals.
