三级公立医院在我国医疗服务体系中发挥着中流砥柱的作用,门诊服务作为三级公立医院医疗服务的重要组成部分,对医院的发展起着至关重要的作用.门诊服务是患者接触医疗服务的首要环节,其服务质量直接影响到患者的就医体验.当前我国三级公立医院门诊服务质量不断提升,但在服务流程、诊疗过程、就医环境、智慧门诊等方面还存在一定的问题.该文结合安徽省某三级公立医院门诊服务情况的调查分析,针对存在问题,提出相应的改进对策建议,为三级公立医院提升门诊服务质量提供一定的参考.
The tertiary public hospital plays a mainstay role in the medical service system of our country.As an important part of the medical service of the tertiary public hospital,the outpatient service plays a vital role in the development of the hospital.Outpatient service is the most important link for patients to contact medical service,and its service quality directly affects patients'medical experience.At present,the quality of out-patient services in our tertiary public hospitals is constantly improving,but there are still some problems in terms of service process,diagnosis and treatment process,medical environment and intelligent out-patient service.This article combines the investigation and analysis of outpatient services in a tertiary public hospital in Anhui Province,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions,providing a certain reference for improving the quality of outpatient services in tertiary public hospitals.
