Objective:To investigate and understand the current status of medical staff's awareness of ethical review of multicenter clinical research.Method:A self-developed questionnaire combined with interactive interviews was used to conduct a survey among the medical staff of this hospital, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results:The current medical staff's awareness of multicenter clinical ethics review is not high in the dimensions of cognition, recognition and willingness, and their cognition of multicenter clinical ethics review has an impact on their participation in multicenter clinical research, but their subjective willingness to learn is stronger, suggesting that the hospital should appropriately increase the corresponding training courses in the future scientific research work, and continuously optimize the process of declaration of multicenter clinical ethics review,so as to promote the drug research and development process.
