摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高PICC导管维护规范率方面的应用效果.方法:选取2022年8月-2023年4月在某医院内行PICC的104例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用PICC导管维护常规操作,观察组采用品管圈方法提高PICC导管维护规范性.对比分析品管圈活动前后PICC导管维护的规范率、缺项项目以及圈员自我评价结果,并计算出目标达成结果.结果:观察组护理人员PICC导管维护规范率(92.02%)显著高于对照组(55.32%)(P＜0.05);缺陷项目如导管固定不规范及导管回血、渗血和渗液处理不规范发生率也较对照组有了显著降低(P＜0.05);目标达成为121.48%,进步率为66.34%;观察组圈成员自评结果显著高于对照组的自评结果(P＜0.05).结论:品管圈活动能有效提高PICC导管维护的规范性,降低PICC不良事件的发生,同时提高护理人员的PICC导管维护能力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the standardization rate of PICC catheter maintenance.Method:104 patients who underwent PICC in the hospital from August 2022 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects.The quality control circle method was used to improve the standardization of PICC catheter maintenance.The activity was carried out through 12 steps,including the establishment of group members,selection of subjects,formulation of activity plans,and status control in the standard steps of the quality control circle.Compare and analyze the standardization rate,missing items,and self-evaluation results of PICC catheter maintenance before and after quality control circle activities,and calculate the results of goal achievement.Result:The standardized maintenance rate of PICC catheter after improvement(92.02%)was significantly higher than that before improvement(55.32%)(P＜0.05);The incidence of defective items such as improper fixation of catheters,as well as improper treatment of catheter return,exudation,and exudate,was significantly reduced(P＜0.05);The target is 121.48%,with a progress rate of 66.34%;The self-evaluation results of circle members after improvement were significantly higher than those before improvement(P＜0.05).Result:Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the standardization of PICC catheter maintenance,reduce the occurrence of PICC adverse events,and improve the ability of nursing staff to maintain PICC catheters.
