Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with ordinary acupuncture before and after the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus,so as to provide effective clinical treatment ideas for this disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with neurological tinnitus who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,and 30 cases in each group were treated with acupuncture technique and traditional acupuncture technique,and acupuncture was given once every other day in both groups,3 times a week for a total of 4 weeks.The severity of tinnitus(TEQ)and the degree of tinnitus disability(THI)were scored before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the severity grade of tinnitus.Results:The tinnitus severity score and tinnitus disability scale score of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the treatment group that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Brain Awakening"acupuncture and traditional acupuncture have certain efficacy in improving the condition of patients with neurogenic tinnitus,but the efficacy of"Brain Awakening"acupuncture is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.
