Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with biliary irrigation in children with cholestasis. Methods:A total of 60 children with cholestasis treated in the neonatal surgery department of hospital were collected and divided into 2 groups according to the computer sampling method, including 20 cases in the cholecystostomy group as the study group and 40 cases in the conservative treatment group as the conventional group, corresponding to laparoscopic cholecystostomy treatment and conservative treatment, respectively. The differences between the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the conventional group, the therapeutic effect(increased),quality of life(increased)and inflammatory factor level(decreased)in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For cholestasis children, laparoscopic cholecystostomy combined with biliary irrigation is a good treatment effect.
