Objective:To explore the effects of Ganshuang granules on immune function and liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Method:Eighty CHB patients admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and a treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Entecavir,while the treatment group was treated with Ganshuang Granules on this basis.The efficacy,liver function,inflammatory response,and immune function of the two groups were compared for 6 months.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,two groups of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)γ-Both glutamyltransferase(GGT)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were reduced,and the AST,GGT,and ALT levels were lower in the treatment group(P＜0.05);After treatment,two groups of interleukin-6(IL-6)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF)-β)Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF)-α)All decreased,and TGF in the treatment group-β、TNF-α、IL-6 is lower(P＜0.05);After treatment,CD8+decreased in both groups,while CD4+and CD3+ increased.The treatment group showed better improvement in CD8+,CD4+,and CD3+(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ganshuang granules have a definite therapeutic effect on CHB,which can alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve immunity,and improve liver function in patients.
