曲克芦丁联合拜阿司匹林在老年ACI静脉溶栓中的效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨曲克芦丁联合拜阿司匹林治疗老年ACI(急性脑梗死)的静脉溶栓效果及对血液流变学的影响.方法:选取医院收治的80例老年ACI患者作为样本,依据随机数表法分为两组,对照组患者采用拜阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者采用曲克芦丁联合拜阿司匹林治疗,两组患者均治疗2周.对比两组疗效.结果:治疗2周后,观察组患者改良Rankin量表(mRs)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,mRs分级0-2级患者占比高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者ET-1(内皮素-1)、TSP-1、sTLT-1低于对照组,NO(一氧化氮)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血浆黏度、高切黏度、低切黏度均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:曲克芦丁联合拜阿司匹林治疗老年ACI的静脉溶栓效果良好,预后理想.
Abstract
Objective:To exPlore the intravenous thrombolysis effect and its imPact on hemorheology of the combination of quercetin and asPirin in the treatment of elderly ACI(acute cerebral infarction).Method:80 elderly ACI Patients admitted to hosPital were selected as samPles.They were randomly divided into two grouPs using a random number table method.The control grouP was treated with asPirin,while the observation grouP was treated with a combination of quercetin and asPirin.Both grouPs were treated for 2 weeks.ComPare the theraPeutic effects of two grouPs.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the modified Rankin Scale(mRs)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores of the observation grouP were lower than those of the control grouP,and Patients with mRs grading 0-2 were higher than that the control grouP(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of ET-1(endothelin-1),TSP-1,and sTLT-1 in the observation grouP were lower than those in the control grouP,while NO(nitric oxide)was higher than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the Plasma viscosity,high shear viscosity,and low shear viscosity of the observation grouP were lower than those of the control grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of quercetin and asPirin has a good intravenous thrombolysis effect and an ideal Prognosis in the treatment of elderly ACI.
