Objective:To observe the value of crisis management osmotic risk precontrol combined with systematic specialized nursing in patients with meningioma after operation. Methods:A total of 103 patients who underwent meningioma resection in the hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=51)according to the principle of randomization.Patients in control group were selected with routine nursing intervention measures, while patients in observation group were selected with crisis management osmotic risk precontrol collaborative specialized nursing countermeasures. The incidence and occurrence time of the initial postoperative complications of meningioma were compared between the two groups, and the recovery of consciousness of the patients after operation was compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the incidence of early postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P=0.001),the incidence of surgical complications more than 2 hours after operation was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the recovery of consciousness was better. Conclusion:The effect of crisis management infiltration risk pre-control combined with systematic specialized nursing is good in patients with meningioma after operation, which can reduce the occurrence of early postoperative complications in patients with meningioma, reduce the occurrence of complications more than 2 hours after operation and patients'consciousness recovery, and can improve nursing satisfaction.
