Objective:To explore the nursing methods and effects of the treatment of severe hepatitis with blood centrifugal artificial liver technology.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with severe hepatitis admitted to hospital were selected and grouped using the random number table method.All patients received blood centrifugal artificial liver treatment after admission,the control group applied conventional nursing care during treatment,and the observation group formulated corresponding comprehensive interventions based on the patients'own conditions.The two groups were compared in terms of improvement of basic clinical symptoms,negative emotion score,risk of adverse reactions during nursing and nursing satisfaction.Results:After nursing,the symptom scores of fatigue,anorexia and jaundice in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of severe hepatitis patients with blood centrifugal artificial liver technology,the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing measures is better.Comprehensive nursing can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients,alleviate their negative emotions,reduce the risk of adverse reactions during treatment,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
