Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation in postoperative care of patients with Diabetic foot(DF)with Tibial transverse transport(TTT).Method:This study included 80 patients with DF disease who underwent TTT treatment in the hospital,and divided them into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention.Based on the intervention of the control group,the study group adopted the rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation,and compared the self-care ability,psychological state,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the ESCA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).and the scores of all items of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation can improve the anxiety and depression of DF patients undergoing TTT,improve their quality of life,self-care ability and satisfaction with nursing services,and is worthy of promotion.
