Objective:To investigate the effect of four-hand nursing combined with health education in precoronation restoration of deciduous teeth.Methods:70 children who received precoronation restoration of primary teeth were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received four-hand nursing combined with health education.Operation time,doctors'work comfort score,oral hygiene behavior score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the doctor's work comfort score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of gargling after meals,brushing for more than 3 minutes,brushing in the morning and evening and regular oral examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Family satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-hand nursing combined with health education can shorten the operation time,improve the working comfort of doctors,improve the oral health behavior of children,and increase the satisfaction of family members to nursing work.
