Objective:To explore the strategies of applying nursing clinical pathways to the nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Method:Selected 60 elderly patients with tibial fractures who were admitted. The parity grouping method was divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases each. The control group underwent routine training intervention, and the observation group added the nursing clinical pathway.Action function[motor function assessment form(FMA)],quality of life[health survey brief form(SF-36)],and hip function(Harris)were compared. Results:In the observation group,SF-36(physiological function, emotional function, energy, mental health, social function, physiological function, general health and physical pain)were higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);FMA and Harris scores were lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing clinical pathways can improve the mobility and quality of life of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery, reduce their pain levels.
