Objective:To investigate the effect of non-invasive ventilation combined with predictive care on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure.Method:68 COPD patients with respiratory failure admitted to hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 34 cases in each group. All patients underwent non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment, while the control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received additional predictive nursing interventions.Evaluate the clinical efficacy, blood gas indicators, and incidence of complications in two groups of patients.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PCO2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group which was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of non-invasive ventilation and predictive care has a good therapeutic effect on COPD patients with respiratory failure, which can improve blood gas indicators and reduce the incidence of complications.
