Objective:To explore the effect of goal-oriented clinical nursing pathway in pain care after minimally invasive surgery for cholecystitis.Methods:100 patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery for cholecystitis in hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was treated with goal-oriented clinical nursing pathway. The postoperative pain degree score(VAS),comfort score(GCQ)and quality of life score(GQOL-74)of the two groups were observed. Results:The VAS pain degree of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group at 2 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation(P<0.05).The four scores of GCQ comfort were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The four scores of GQOL-74 quality of life were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of goal-oriented clinical nursing pathway in pain care after minimally invasive surgery for cholecystitis has a good effect, significantly reducing the pain sense of patients, and improving the comfort and quality of life of patients.
