Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing process optimization in catheterization room on patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods:A total of 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received percutaneous coronary interventional therapy in the hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing procedures, while the observation group was treated with cath lab nursing procedures optimization. The incidence of clinically relevant indicators(time of taking anticoagulants, transport time, cath lab activation time, length of hospital stay),psychological state(SAS score,SDS score),and cardiac adverse events(angina pecina, heart failure, arrhythmia, coronary restenosis)were compared between the two groups. Results:The time of taking anticoagulants, transport time, cath room activation time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS and SDS scores of both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of cardiac adverse events during interventional therapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimization of cath room nursing process can alleviate the adverse mood of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention, improve the efficiency of treatment and clinical outcome.
