Objective:To analyze the effect of case combined with scenario simulation teaching method in neurosurgery clinical nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 80 nursing students who practiced neurosurgery in hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,all nursing students were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the study group used the case combined with the situation simulation method.Compare the two groups of assessment results(theoretical assessment,practical assessment),learning ability(learning interest,learning initiative,communication ability,cooperation ability,emergency response ability)and teaching effect.Results:The theoretical and practical test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The learning ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall teaching effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of case combined with scenario simulation teaching method in neurosurgery clinical nursing teaching is effective,can improve the assessment performance and learning ability of nursing students,and is worth popularizing.
