摘要
目的:分析思维导图分层次教学在内科实习护生医院感染防控带教中的应用效果.方法:选取某医院内科实习的60名护生为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组30名.对照组采取常规教学模式,研究组应用思维导图分层次教学.比较两组满意度、考核成绩(理论、实践、感染防控、动手能力、书写能力)、综合素质能力(处理问题能力、应变能力、沟通能力、协调能力)、学习自信心评分、学习主动性评分.结果:研究组学生的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组学生各项考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组学生各项综合素质能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:思维导图分层次教学在内科实习护生医院感染防控带教中的应用确切,可以提高实习护生考核成绩和综合素质能力,增强实习护生的工作信心、工作主动性及主观能动性,提高实习护生满意度,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:Evaluate the impact of utilizing mind mapping hierarchical teaching approach on hospital infection control education for medical nursing students.Methods:A total of 60 nursing students interning at the Internal Medicine Department of hospital were randomly assigned using a random number table method to two groups,with 30 students each.The conventional teaching method was employed in the control group,while the experimental group utilized mind mapping's hierarchical teaching.Satisfaction levels,assessment outcomes(theoretical,practical,infection control,manual skills,writing skills),comprehensive capability scores(problem-solving,adaptability,communication,teamwork),learning self-confidence scores,and learning initiative scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group showed a satisfaction rate significantly higher than the control group's(P<0.05).The study group achieved higher test scores across all domains(P<0.05).The comprehensive competence scores in the study group exceeded those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing mind mapping hierarchical teaching in internal medicine nursing students'hospital infection control instruction enhances assessment performance and overall competency,boosts work confidence and initiative,and increases student satisfaction.This method merits wider adoption and implementation.
