探讨益水疏木针刺法治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期失眠的临床疗效

摘要
目的:探讨益水疏木针刺法用于肾虚肝郁型围绝经期失眠(PMI)治疗的临床疗效.方法:将在医院治未病科进行治疗的100例肾虚肝郁型PMI患者按照随机数表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组进行西药(艾司唑仑片)治疗,观察组进行益水疏木针刺疗法,比较两组患者在不良情绪评分、睡眠质量评分和治疗有效率方面的疗效差异.结果:观察组患者的不良情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者的睡眠质量评分总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:肾虚肝郁PMI患者使用益水疏木针刺法进行治疗,可有效减轻其负面情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量,治疗效果佳,建议临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishui Shumu acupuncture method in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia(PMI)of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type.Methods:A total of 100 patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression type PMI who were treated in the Treatment and Prevention Department of hospital were analyzed.They were randomly divided into two groups(observation group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases),the control group received Western medicine(Eszolam tablets)treatment,and the observation group received Yishui Shumu acupuncture treatment.The therapeutic differences between the two groups in terms of adverse mood scores,sleep quality scores,and treatment effectiveness were compared.Results:The negative emotion scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of Yishui Shumu acupuncture for patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression PMI can effectively reduce their negative emotions and improve their sleep quality.The treatment effect is good,and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
