可视音乐引导式护理模式在孤独症患儿中的应用

目的:探讨对孤独症患儿采用可视音乐引导式护理模式的应用价值.方法:选取医院康复科收治的60例孤独症患儿为研究对象,按照不同的护理模式分为两组,2022年4月-2023年1月年入院的患儿为对照组(30例),开展常规康复护理模式;2023年2月-2023年8月入院的患儿为观察组(30例),在常规康复护理基础上开展可视音乐引导式护理.干预3个月后,比较两组患儿干预前后儿童孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分和儿童孤独症发育障碍心理教育评定量表(C-PEP)评分的变化.结果:干预后,两组患儿ABC评分和C-PEP评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),但观察组患儿的评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:可视音乐引导式护理模式用于孤独症患儿中,可改善患儿的孤独症状,降低心理障碍,对孤独症患儿的康复治疗有积极意义.
Objective:To adopt a visual music guided nursing model in children with autism and analyze its application value.Method:Sixty children with autism admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of hospital were selected as the research subjects,and included from April 2022 to August 2023.According to different nursing modes,the patients were divided into two groups.The patients admitted from April 2022 to January 2023 were in the control group(n=30),and the patients admitted from February 2013 to August 2023 were in the observation group(n=30).The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing mode,while the observation group received visual music guided nursing on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing.After 3 months of intervention,compare the changes in the Children's Autism Behavior Scale(ABC)score and the Children's Autism Developmental Disorder Psychological Education Evaluation Scale(C-PEP)score between two groups of children before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the ABC score and C-PEP score of the two groups of children were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),but the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of visual music guided nursing mode in children with autism can improve their loneliness symptoms,reduce psychological disorders,and have positive significance for the rehabilitation treatment of children with autism.
