Objective:To adopt a visual music guided nursing model in children with autism and analyze its application value.Method:Sixty children with autism admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of hospital were selected as the research subjects,and included from April 2022 to August 2023.According to different nursing modes,the patients were divided into two groups.The patients admitted from April 2022 to January 2023 were in the control group(n=30),and the patients admitted from February 2013 to August 2023 were in the observation group(n=30).The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing mode,while the observation group received visual music guided nursing on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing.After 3 months of intervention,compare the changes in the Children's Autism Behavior Scale(ABC)score and the Children's Autism Developmental Disorder Psychological Education Evaluation Scale(C-PEP)score between two groups of children before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the ABC score and C-PEP score of the two groups of children were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),but the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of visual music guided nursing mode in children with autism can improve their loneliness symptoms,reduce psychological disorders,and have positive significance for the rehabilitation treatment of children with autism.
