行为诱导联合口腔健康教育对儿童口腔诊疗配合度的影响

摘要
目的:探讨行为诱导联合口腔健康教育对儿童口腔诊疗配合度的影响.方法:选择某医院口腔科接受诊疗的86例口腔疾病患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为行为组(43例)与对照组(43例).对照组给予常规口腔健康宣教,行为组在对照组护理的基础上给予行为诱导护理,行为组与对照组护理观察时间为7d,调查与记录诊疗配合度情况.结果:护理期间行为组患儿的配合度高于对照组(P<0.05);行为组与对照组患儿护理后的HAD-A焦虑评分、HAD-D抑郁评分与护理前对比有显著降低(P<0.05),且行为组显著更低(P<0.05).行为组患儿诊疗后2 h、24 h、48 h的疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).护理期间,两组患儿不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:行为诱导联合口腔健康教育在儿童口腔诊疗中的应用能提高患儿的配合度,促进缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低患儿的疼痛感.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of behavior induction combined with oral health education on children's oral diagnosis and treatment cooperation.Methods:Eighty-six children with oral diseases treated in the department of Stomatology of hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,43 children were divided into the behavior group and 43 children in the control group.The control group were given routine oral health education,and the behavior group were given behavioral induction nursing on the basis of the control group's nursing.The nursing observation time of the two groups were 7 days,and the degree of cooperation between diagnosis and treatment were investigated and recorded.Results:During the nursing period,the cooperation degree of behavior group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).HAD-A anxiety score and HAD-D depression score after nursing were significantly decreased in behavioral group and control group compared with before nursing(P<0.05),and significantly lower in behavioral group(P<0.05).The pain VAS scores of the behavioral group at 2 h,24 h and 48 h after treatment were significantly lower(P<0.05).During the nursing period,no serious adverse reactions occurred between the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of behavior induction combined with oral health education in children's oral diagnosis and treatment can improve the cooperation of children,promote the relief of anxiety and depression and reduce the pain of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
