新型口腔气道湿化装置在昏迷患者口腔护理中的效果研究

摘要
目的:探讨新型口腔气道湿化装置在昏迷患者口腔护理中的应用效果.方法:研究对象来自于医院收治的80例脑出血昏迷患者,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组40例患者采用常规口腔护理,观察组40例患者采用新型口腔气道湿化装置口腔护理,比较两组患者护理后患者口腔清洁度、痰液黏稠度、气道湿化效果、口腔护理时间及肺炎发生率.结果:观察组患者口腔清洁度评估正常高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者痰液黏稠度Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度率高于对照组,Ⅲ度率低于对照组(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者气道湿化满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者口腔护理时间短于对照组,肺部感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针对临床脑出血昏迷患者采取研发的新型口腔气道湿化装置进行口腔护理能够提高患者口腔清洁度,减少患者口腔异味,改善痰液黏稠度,达到理想的气道湿化效果,缩短口腔护理时间,降低肺部感染发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of a new oral airway humidification device in the oral care of comatose patients.Methods:80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups according to different methods.40 patients in control group were given routine oral care,the Observation Group(n=40)was treated with a new type of oral airway humidification device.The oral cleanliness,sputum viscosity,airway humidification effect,oral nursing time and incidence of pneumonia were compared between the two groups.Results:the oral cleanliness of the Observation Group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the sputum viscosity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the sputum viscosity of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the observation group was more satisfied with airway humidification than the control group(P＜0.05),the oral nursing time was shorter and the incidence of pulmonary infection was lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:the new oral airway humidification device developed for clinical cerebral hemorrhage coma patients can reduce the patients'bad taste,improve the viscosity of sputum,and achieve the ideal effect of airway humidification,shorten the time of oral care,reduce the incidence of lung infection.
