腹部注射胰岛素轮转工具与临床护理路径单在T2DM血糖管理中应用

摘要
目的:探讨自制腹部注射胰腺素轮转工具与临床护理路径单在2型糖尿病血糖管理中的应用效果.方法:选取医院收治的72例2型糖尿病患者,采用Excel表格进行随机数表法分为对照组(36例,常规护理干预)与观察组(36例,自制腹部注射胰岛素轮转工具联合临床护理路径单干预),比较两组血糖水平、健康知识掌握情况及依从性.结果:观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者健康知识评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者饮食依从性、胰岛素注射依从性、遵医依从性评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:针对2型糖尿病患者血糖管理时,采用自制腹部注射胰岛素轮转工具与临床护理路径单能够提高患者健康知识掌握程度与依从性,有效控制血糖水平.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of self-made abdominal injection of Pancreatin rotation tool and clinical nursing path in blood glucose management of type 2 diabetes.Methods:72 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the people's hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups by Excel table.The control group(36 cases,routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(36 cases,self-made abdominal insulin injection rotation tool combined with clinical nursing pathway sheet intervention)were compared in blood glucose levels,health knowledge mastery and compliance between the two groups.Result:The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);The observation group had higher scores of dietary compliance,insulin injection compliance,and medical compliance than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For the blood glucose management of type 2 diabetes patients,the self-made abdominal insulin injection rotation tool and clinical nursing route sheet can effectively control the blood glucose level and improve their health knowledge and compliance.
