Objective:Exploring the factors affecting postoperative complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastric cancer surgery.Method:A total of 62 gastric cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to whether acute kidney injury and/or acute heart failure occurred after surgery, the included patients were divided into an incidence group(n=20)and a non incidence group(n=42).The results of basic data survey questionnaires and other surveys were used to conduct univariate analysis and logistic multivariate analysis.Result:The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age, body mass index, and preoperative nighttime blood pressure changes were all independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,body mass index, and preoperative nighttime blood pressure changes are independent risk factors for postoperative complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. To reduce the incidence of complications,it is necessary to strengthen preoperative nighttime blood pressure monitoring of patients, with a focus on patients with higher age and body mass index.
