目的:探究喘息性支气管肺炎患者应用多索茶碱联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗的效果.方法:选取72例到院就诊的喘息性支气管肺炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组与常规组,各36例患者,常规组在机械排痰下加入多索茶碱治疗,观察组在机械排痰下加入多索茶碱联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗,观察并对比组间临床疗效、肺功能、炎症因子水平提高情况.结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组患者的第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最高呼气峰流速(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)均高于常规组(P<0.05),观察组患者外周血白细胞计数(WBC)、血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均低于常规组(P<0.05).结论:喘息性支气管肺炎患者在机械排痰下多索茶碱与寒喘祖帕颗粒联合治疗,疗效更佳,炎性因子水平及肺功能均明显改善.
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of using Doxophylline combined with Hanchuanzupa granules in the treatment of patients with asthmatic bronchopneumonia.Method:72 patients with wheezing bronchopneumonia who visited the hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group,using a random number table method,,with 36 cases in each group.The control group(treated with doxorubicin under mechanical sputum drainage)and the observation group(treated with doxorubicin combined with Hanchuan Zupa granules under mechanical sputum drainage)were observed and compared in terms of clinical efficacy,lung function,and improvement of inflammatory factor levels between the groups.Result:Comparing the clinical efficacy between groups,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);After 7 days of treatment,inter group comparison showed that the observation group had higher first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),and percentage of first second forced expiratory volume to forced lung activity(FEV1/FVC)(P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory factors between groups were compared.The observation group had lower peripheral blood leukocyte count(WBC)and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with wheezing bronchopneumonia,the combination treatment of Doxophylline and Hanchuanzupa Granules under mechanical sputum expulsion has a better therapeutic effect,and the levels of inflammatory factors and lung function are significantly improved.
