Objective:To analyze the nursing elements of ultrasound guidance.Methods:66 patients admitted were divided into two groups, with 33 patients in the control group and the study group. All patients had a difficult internal fistula c-out puncture tunnel under the guidance of ultrasound;the control group only received routine nursing intervention, while the research group provided targeted nursing intervention to compare the success rate of one-time puncture, complications, negative psychology and pain degree of the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the study group had a higher success rate(P<0.05)and significantly fewer complications(P<0.05);SAS,SDS scores were significantly lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group which was significantly lower than that of the control group and the comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the establishment of difficult internal fistula cingout puncture tunnel, providing targeted nursing intervention for patients can significantly improve their negative emotions, effectively reduce the pain degree, and then significantly improve the success rate of one-time puncture, and significantly reduce complications, which is worth promoting.
