Objective:To investigate the influencing factors and nursing countermeasures of recurrence and hyperpigmentat ion in patients after laser treatment of melasma.Methods:A total of 126 chloasma patients who underwent 1 064 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser treatment in hospital were selected,and a follow-up survey was conducted 12 months after the patients'treatment,and the patients were divided into a recurrence group(n=37)and a non-recurrence group(n=89)according to the results of the investigation of whether the patients suffered from relapses and hyperpigmentation,and the patients were analyzed by using univariate and logistic regression.The relevant influencing factors of patients'recurrence and pigmentation were analyzed using univariate and logistic regression.Results:According to the follow-up results after 12 months of treatment,a total of 37 patients with recurrence and hyperpigmentation were found,with a recurrence rate of 29.37%;a univariate analysis yielded a significant difference between the 2 groups of patients comparing the information of age,family history,frequency of sun exposure,psychological and emotional,quality of sleep,seasonal changes,and sensitive skin(P<0.05);a multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with patients aged<30,patients aged>30,average monthly time in direct sunlight between 16-30 hours,seasonal changes,sleeping less than 8 hours,negative psychological emotions,and sensitive skin were the main factors influencing the recurrence and hyperpigmentation after laser spot removal.factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of recurrence and hyperpigmentation is high after laser pigmentation surgery,and age,sun exposure frequency,seasonal changes,sleep duration,negative psychological emotions and sensitive skin are the main factors influencing the recurrence and hyperpigmentation after laser pigmentation surgery,so the clinic should formulate a scientific nursing program according to the factors influencing the recurrence of the recurrence of the disease and preventive and therapeutic treatment.
