Objective:To investigate the effect of seamless articulated nursing care combined with integrated healthcare emergency care model in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:A total of 260 AMI patients admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analysed,of which 130 myocardial infarction patients admitted from October 2021 to April 2022 with conventional care and emergency treatment were divided into the control group, and 130 AMI patients admitted from May to October 2022 with seamless nursing care combined with the integrated medical and nursing emergency treatment model were divided into the observation group. Then, the time of treatment of the two groups was compared, and the changes of cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK)and cardiac function indexes were compared before and after the intervention, and the incidence of risky events, adverse cardiovascular events, and the patients'satisfaction with the nursing care were also compared.Result:The total rescue time, consultation to diagnosis, triage to consultation, reception to triage, and consultation response time of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of cTnⅠ,CK-MB,CK,and BNP in both groups of patients decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);LVEF increased in both groups of patients, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of risk events and cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the patient satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless bridging care combined with an integrated healthcare emergency care model can shorten the time to rescue for AMI patients, improve myocardial enzyme profile levels and cardiac function, and reduce the incidence of risky events and adverse cardiovascular events, while obtaining a higher level of patient satisfaction.
