Objective:To study the effect of comfort nursing in perioperative period for patients with Pituitary tumour undergoing endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal approach.Methods:150 patients with Pituitary tumour were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the routine group and the nursing group according to the random number table.75 patients in each group were given routine care and comfortable care during the perioperative period.Compare the nursing outcomes between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and depression scale in the nursing group were lower than those in the conventional group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);Comfort scores and total satisfaction scores of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can eliminate negative emotions,reduce complications and increase satisfaction in patients undergoing endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal Pituitary tumour resection,which is worth recommending.
