综合护理联合rTMS对Wilson病患者吞咽障碍及负性情绪的影响

摘要
目的:探讨综合护理联合rTMS对WD患者吞咽障碍及负性情绪的影响.方法:选取医院收治的72例伴吞咽障碍及负性情绪的WD患者,按随机数表法分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例).两组患者住院期间均给予驱铜治疗,对照组患者予以常规护理,并给予rTMS治疗;在对照组患者治疗基础上,给予观察组患者心理、康复等护理干预.采用WST、SSA、SDS和SAS等量表分别对两组患者治疗前后的抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪和吞咽功能进行测评并做比较,以进行疗效评估.结果:两组患者WST、SSA、SDS、SAS评分较治疗前均显著降低(P＜0.05).结论:在药物治疗的基础上,综合护理联合rTMS治疗可明显改善WD患者的吞咽障碍和负性情绪.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on dysphagia and negative emotion in patients with Wilson's disease.Methods:72 WD patients with dysphagia and negative emotion were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The patients in both groups were treated with copper-removing therapy,while the patients in the control group were given routine nursing and rTMS.On the basis of treatment in the control group,the patients in the observation group were given psychological and rehabilitation nursing intervention.The depression,anxiety and other negative emotions and swallowing function were evaluated and compared before and after treatment with WST,SSA,SDS and SAS,respectively,to evaluate the efficacy.Results:The scores of WST,SSA,SDS and SAS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:RTMS combined with comprehensive nursing can improve the dysphagia and negative emotion of WD patients,and RTMS combined with comprehensive nursing has a better advantage.
