动机行为转化康复护理对桡骨骨折患者术后康复的影响

摘要
目的:探讨动机行为转化的康复护理对桡骨骨折患者术后康复的影响.方法:选取50例桡骨骨折术后患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组25例患者予以常规护理干预,观察组25例患者在常规护理干预组基础上给予动机行为转化干预,观察2周后两组患者康复积极性评分及3个月后Gartland和Werley(G-W)腕关节评分的差异.结果:与护理干预前比较,护理后两组患者2周后积极性评分均升高、3个月后G-W腕关节评分均下降,但观察组积极性评分比对照组升高更明显(P＜0.05)、G-W腕关节评分却比对照组下降更显著(P＜0.05).结论:动机行为转化的康复护理可增加桡骨骨折患者术后康复积极性,改善患者腕关节功能.
Abstract
Objective:Analyze the impact of rehabilitation nursing for motivational behavior transformation on postoperative recovery of patients with radius fractures.Method:Fifty postoperative patients with radial fractures were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(25 cases)received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(25 cases)received motivational behavior transformation intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The differences in rehabilitation motivation scores and Gartland and Werley(G-W)wrist joint scores between the two groups were observed after two weeks and three months.Result:Compared with before nursing intervention,the positivity score of both groups of patients increased after 2 weeks of nursing,and the G-W wrist joint score decreased after 3 months.However,the positivity score of the observation group increased more significantly than that of the control group(P＜0.05),while the G-W wrist joint score decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:ecreased more significantly than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation care with motivational behavior transformation transformation increases motivation for postoperative rehabilitation and improves wrist function in patients with radius fractures.
