Objective:To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing in elderly hip replacement.Methods:Sixty-six elderly patients who underwent hip replacement in a hospital were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing,n=33)and observation group(MDT clinical nursing,n=33)by digital table method, and the operation-related indexes,self-care ability, pain degree and perioperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The operation, recovery time and blood loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ESCA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of 24 hours and 48 hours after intervention were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT clinical nursing for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement can optimize the operation-related indexes, relieve postoperative pain, improve patients'self-care ability and be less affected by the risk of complications.
