Objective:To analyze the application effect of TBL teaching mode in probation teaching of medical students in hematology department,and to provide reference for clinical teaching of medical students.Methods:Sixty clinical trainee medical students in hematology department of a hospital were divided into two groups,30 students in each group.One group adopted TBL teaching method and was set as experimental group.The medical students who adopted the traditional teaching mode were set as the control group,and the differences of teaching effects between the two groups after implementing different teaching modes were compared.Results:The theoretical knowledge assessment and case analysis assessment scores of medical students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive quality scores of the experimental group in learning interest,clinical thinking,problem solving and teamwork were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching effect of TBL teaching method in the process of probation teaching is remarkable,which can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge assessment level and clinical case analysis ability of medical students and strengthen the team cooperation of medical students.
